DoseBell — Pill Reminder

By downloading or using DoseBell you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DoseBell is a reminder, not medical advice
DoseBell is an organiser. It reminds you when you planned to take something and keeps a record of what you took. It is not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice.
DoseBell never tells you what to take, how much to take, or whether a medication is right for you. It does not check for drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications. Only your doctor or pharmacist can advise you on your medication.
Never change, stop, or start a medication because of anything in this app. Always follow the instructions from your prescriber and the label on your medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Reminders can fail
DoseBell schedules reminders using your device's notification and alarm systems. Reminders can be missed for reasons outside our control — the device is off, out of battery, in a Focus mode, has notifications turned off for DoseBell, or the operating system delays or drops the notification.
Do not rely on DoseBell as the only safeguard for a medication that matters. It is a helpful reminder, not a guarantee.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use DoseBell on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Buying DoseBell
DoseBell is free to download and includes a 14-day full trial with every feature unlocked.
After the trial, the free version keeps working and keeps your two oldest medications fully active, with reminders. Any additional medications become read-only and stop producing reminders — but every medication, its full history, and PDF export stay visible to you forever. We do not hold your data hostage.
DoseBell Unlimited — US$24.99, one time. Unlocks unlimited medications permanently. It is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, ever.
Family Pack — US$9.99, one time. An optional add-on for caregiver features.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may vary by region. All purchases are processed by Apple, and are tied to your Apple Account — you can restore them on your other devices with Restore Purchases in Settings.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Your data is yours
Your information stays on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own Apple iCloud storage. See the Privacy Policy.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it for you. If you delete the app without iCloud sync enabled, the data is gone. We recommend leaving iCloud on, and exporting a PDF before any major change.
Availability and changes
We may update DoseBell to add features, fix problems, or keep up with new versions of iOS. We may change or discontinue features, though we will not remove access to data you have already entered.
No warranty
DoseBell is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveSnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of DoseBell, including any missed, late, or duplicated dose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded — including, in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending your use
You may stop using DoseBell at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
