This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and website (the "Site"). 1. Information We Collect

MoveSnap is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our services.

• Account Information: We do not require account creation or login on our servers. All authentication, if any, is handled securely through Apple services on your device.
• Data Storage & Sync: We do not use third-party databases like Firebase. All data (photos, notes, subscription status) is securely managed via Apple's native frameworks and your private iCloud account.
• Inspection Data: Photos, notes, and PDF reports you create are stored entirely on your Local Device Storage or your personal iCloud. We do not transmit or store your personal data on external servers.

2. Device Permissions

To function correctly, MoveSnap requires specific device permissions. This data is never transmitted to any external servers:

• Camera Permission: Required to capture photos of the property condition in real-time.
• Photo Library Permission: Required to save generated PDF reports to your device or optionally select existing photos.
• Location Permission (Optional): If enabled, we use GPS data to tag the location of your inspections to provide verifiable proof of where photos were taken. You can use the app without this permission.

3. No Analytics or Tracking

MoveSnap is designed with strict privacy principles. We do not include any third-party analytics frameworks, crash reporting tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. We have no way to identify you, track your usage, or collect any data about your behavior.

4. iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iOS device, your MoveSnap data may be included in your device's encrypted iCloud backup. This process is securely managed by Apple and controlled by your iOS settings, not by MoveSnap. You can exclude the app from iCloud Backup in your device settings if desired.

5. In-App Purchases

MoveSnap offers a one-time Pro unlock via Apple's In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely by Apple. We only receive a receipt confirming your purchase status to unlock Pro features.

6. Data Retention and Security

Because MoveSnap operates primarily offline, the retention of your inspection data (photos, notes, PDFs) is entirely under your control on your local device. We do not maintain external servers to store your data.

We implement robust security measures to protect any data we do handle, including encryption in transit and at rest for our backend services. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. User Rights, Privacy Act, and GDPR

We respect your rights concerning your personal data. Depending on your location, you may have rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Access and Correction: You can access and update your information directly within the app.
• Deletion: Since your data is stored locally and on your iCloud, deleting the app will completely remove locally stored inspection data. You have full control over your data.
• Data Portability: Since you own your reports, you can export and share your generated PDFs freely at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

MoveSnap is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
